◖Conditions◗
⤞The artist has the right to decline a request if they aren't willing to do it.
⤞ Method of payment preferred is PayPal “goods and services” or invoice.
⤞Rushed Commission will be charged an extra 𝟼 AED/USD.
⤞No refunds/cancellations
⤞The art should not be claimed to be done by anyone other than the artist.
⤞Do NOT remove watermark.
⤞AI improvement and NFT of the art isn't in any way acceptable. Commercial use of art is charged 5 USD.
⤞If the client wishes to upload the art on any public media they should visibly credit the artist after receiving the artist's permission.
⤞The artist may upload the commissioned art on their social media (unless agreed otherwise).

Note: If the client deliberately does not follow the Terms of Service
or if their behavior is in any way, shape or form inappropriate
and/or offensive, the Artist shall suspend the commission.

◖NEGOTIATIONS◗
❑The client must request the Artist through the available communication sources (click home to see).
❑Here the client should provide info and/or visual references on how they'd like the product.
❑The Artist and client can make further confirmations (payment, updates etc).
❑Patience is key throughout the process.

◖ORDER FORM◗
✦An 'order form' (Google form) will be given after the negotiation to settle things in an official agreement.
✦The client will go through it carefully and provide answers/clear reference images.

◖REGULAR UPDATES◗
✐Take note that should the Artist face an inconvenience, they may perhaps delay/postpone the request.
✐Artist will regularly give updates on the art (adding changes to the art is an option).
✐The art process might take time, ranging from 10 hours to 3 weeks, depending on commish (keep in mind that a rushed commission will be charged 𝟼 USD).
✐At least 50% of the payment should be given before the process. Royalties are acceptable if guaranteed

★After the client pays (via PayPal) the Artist will then send a printable format, if the client prefers, of the art.
★l00% of the payment can be done upfront if the buyer is within UAE.
★The art is NOT to be sold by the client to anyone else by any means!!
